This little guy was all the way up on our porch the other night. These kind of bugs I can deal with. Look at those big eyes!

Amish Bread MONSTER-
I started up some Amish bread for one of the girls up at work. In the middle of the night the darn thing fall off the counter and made a pretty big mess for me to clean up.
Cheese sticks- Tonight I decided to make some Mozzarella cheese sticks.

I bought some egg wrap rolls and some string cheese.

Wrapped them up.

Rolled in the sides and kept wrapping them.
Then I pour my oil. Turned my stove on Med. Heat for about 4-5 min. before I started to cook them.
Put the mozzarella sticks in the oil to cook. I had to flip them about 1 1/2 minutes into cooking so the other side would brown as well.

We had a little spaghetti sauce to dip them into. Everyone seemed to enjoy them
