Product review & bonus recipe-
Wow, this stuff is good. I normally use A1 on this recipe that I am going to share with you but NOT ever again. Country Bobs sauce took this recipe of mine from "alright" to "Slap Your Momma Good!"
Here is what you'll need.
One bottle of Country Bob's sauce.
Some Philly steaks
Mozzarella cheese
Some sub bread (or Italian bread.)
Here we go-
Take out your meat.
Shred it up, cook it, and drain out the grease.
This is the Important part- Add your Country Bob's sauce! Let cook for a few minutes.
Put your meat on the bread and add your cheese.
It's simple and GOOD!
*Depression cooking videos-
I just found out there is a woman (Clara) doing depression cooking videos. Click here or here to watch some.
There are MANY cook books on cooking just like this but the nice thing about this is that it's free (and you can REALLY SEE what someone is doing.) Not only that I just love to hear this woman talk.
I wish TV today would put someone like this one instead of some of the people they have now. I'd watch her for sure! Click here for one more video I watched of hers.

Horses-
Our horses are home! My sister and her husband came in from Ohio with our trailer and horses. It was so good to see all of them. I just wish my sister could have stayed longer but she had to get back on Monday to go to her doctor (she is having surgery on Wednesday. I'll be thinking of you sis!)
Us girls- This picture is of myself (I am in the pink.), Brianna (my daughter in the middle), Bobbi (my sister in the white shirt on the right.)
Wild Foods-
I found another kind of Paw Paw here! I can't wait to eat them.

Here (above) is another wild food that grows in my area. It's called "Callicarpa America" AKA "beauty berries." You can find a recipe for jelly with them over at http://www.eattheweeds.com/ (Green Deane is very helpful and has a wonderful site!) I myself have never made anything with them (I'd love to use it on some Angora wool I have.)
