While we were gone our Luffa went wild. One of the things I am not crazy about with Luffa is the fact that ANTS love it. We already have enough bug issues here I don't want ants this close to my house (Sharie, shared a tip with me to try nurtisweet on it. Thanks, Sharie!)
Here is one of the flowers. I think they are pretty but look close and you'll see just some of the ants on it.
Here is a picture of the vine (ant covered again!)
This picture is showing a small luffa growing. I think I can I think I can..lol..
During one of our old trips to Ohio my parents watched the kids for us. One day Brianna and Corey got to go to the Fulton County fair. During their visit they ran into this nice young man. You know Corey he had to say something. He said that when he grows up he wanted to be a police office because you get donuts for free! Comments like that get you in trouble and can get you landed in the old jail for it.
Below is a picture I took of a really neat idea. These people took old drink boxes and sewed them together to make purses. What a great way to recycle them, I just love it!

Something I made up for dinner-
Here is something I have been wanting to share with you all for a while now and just keep forget to post about. I don't have a name for it but this is how I make it.

First I start with making my noodles- All I do is add a bunch of eggs. If, I want a lot of noodles I add a lot of eggs. If, I only need a few noodles I only add a few eggs.
This time I had only like 4 eggs. Then I added flour (and a pinch of salt.) How much flour, well just enough to soak up the eggs. So, I keep adding flour until need be.After adding the flour I roll it out, cut it, I also dust it with corn starch and then let them dry.
I also boil up a whole chicken. Then shredded it all up.
Then I add the shredded chicken back into the same water and add chopped celery, chopped carrots, and my homemade noodles.I also make some mashed potatoes.
Then I take a baking pan and add the mashed potatoes to the bottom of the pan.

After that I add a layer of cheese on top of the potatoes. Then I add my chicken mix on top of the cheese. Then add more cheese on top of the chicken mix (kind of like a lasagna deal.)

Then I bake it in the oven at 350 until the cheese is melted (or I just can't handle it any longer and have to eat it.)

Like I said I do not have a name for it but it's a meal I have been making for a while and my family just loves it.
