I have things growing in my garden like crazy now so what do I do next? Packaging it (dry it, freeze it, or can it.) I didn't know that you could FREEZE tomatoes until I read an article in Mother Earthnews (after talking with a few of my friends I found out that I wasn't the only one.) So, I went to searching on the net for video's to share with you on how it's done.
Here is one I found from abouteating.com (doesn't that look easy!)
Here is another great video I found on how to freeze peppers for later. I love the tip on freezing them on a tray before you put them in a bag (so they don't all freeze together.) It said Jeanie Rose from the Rebuild from Depression website made the video (I found both of these helpful videos on Youtube.)
Some of you may recall how excited I was to find this plant. Well I am finding them in MANY places here now. Not only that but look what some of them have on them ( look below!)
Passionflower- With fruit growing!!Here is a plant that we can't id just yet~
We just can't seem to ID this little bugger (not in my books and I haven't found anything on it online either. Yet, that is!) It's growing like grass (blends in just great) but has a pod/fruit on it.
