My daughter and I made some peanut butter fudge and I thought I'd share how we did it with you.

2 cups sugar
3/4 cup goat milk
1/4 or less teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup peanut butter
3 tsp. French Vanilla Creamer
We boiled our milk and sugar together (once we got it to a boil we added the salt. My daughter kept stirring it up so it wouldn't stick or burn on the bottom.) Then took it off the hot burner to cool just a tad (I still wanted it warm so it would help with mixing in the peanut butter next.)

Then we added our peanut butter and French Vanilla creamer, mixing it well. After that we put it in a pan (not the pan I normally would have used but I couldn't seem to find that one..lol..) Put it in the refrigerator and let sit for a while (we let it sit for a couple hours.) It's pretty rich but that's just how I like it.
