
Bread pudding..
I loved my grandmother Urban's bread pudding but I do not have her recipe. I played around making my own and it's not bad but it's not as good as my grandmothers was.
Here is what I did:
I put 1 tablespoon of Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon of melted Butter
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of French Vanilla creamer
1 tablespoon of Honey
Then I put it all in one mixing bowl. Mxed that all up. Then I took some bread and toasted it. Crumbled it up. Enough to make 1 3/4 cups and added that to it.

Then I took one of my dishes and added water to it. Put the other one on top of that (make sure you don't put too much water and it goes into the other one.)

I baked it at 325 for 45 minutes.

After I got it out I let it cool some. Then added some maple syrup on top of it (not a lot just enough to add a little something to it.)

My grandmother used to add raisins to hers. I would have to mine but my kids don't really care for them. I bet they'd taste good in it though.
