It's mine turn to host a carnival! So, here we go.
Belle made some Bow Tie Quilt Blocks at Homesteaderbelle's Blog.
I think it's just wonderful that she did this with her mother and her granny. Making things with family members like this gives you some of the best memories that you just can't go and buy at a store.
I was happy to see Christina's post (at The Perils of Parenting and Other Ponderings) on Kefir.
It's a really good post for any of you looking to learn more about this healthy food.
Over at The Adventures Of The Williams Family there is a neat post on how to make an Easy Mother's Day Gift Idea.
Christmas is right around the corner and these would make great gifts for that too. So, this post is perfect timing for me because I am going to make one or two myself!
Dereck presents Gardening in the Winter posted at I Will NotDie. I love the whole idea of gardening in the winter!
Belle would like our help. Visit her at Born 100 Years too Soon - Please Vote for Me in the 2008 Homeschool Blog Awards!! posted at Born 100 Years to Soon.
Rachel clues us in on some Free Goat Food that some of us might over look. She also has A Photo-Shoot Of Barnyard Friends over at Rachel's Reasoning.
MBB presents How To Get Rid Of A Roach Problem posted at Money Blue Book. There is a restaurant here in town that I REALLY want to print this out for and send to them.
Claudia has a post named Gnarly Only Skin Deep at Standing Straight. I love Lemons and wish I could grow them here. I had no clue they grow fruit almost year round. What a wonderful tree! **I have to say I visited her blog for a while to look at all her wonderful pictures that she has posted too.
This next post I have to try. Kara did a post on how to make Papaya Peppercorn at An Hour In the Kitchen. Reading her site I learned how to take the seeds from the Papaya and how to use it as a spice!
Lawn Care Pros share with us a Guide to Buying Sprinklers Winter Lawn Care - Lawn Care Tips .
Sunny Narin points to a software that can help you with home made energy options: November 2008 at home made energy options.
Mark says there is No Place Like Home which is posted on his blog over at My Quiet Cabin. I agree with Mark there is no place like home!
Danielle Hull shares a couple recipes with us. Such as Sweet Potato Casserole & Single-serving Mulled Cider at Teaching, Learning and Encouraging - Homeschool Blogger. Who doesn't love Sweet Potato Casserole? I can just smell it now. Yummy!!
Here is another post that you all got to see. Belle shares a Strawberry Tarts and Recipe! at Homesteaderbelle's Blog. I LOVE strawberries. Just reading this post make my mouth water.
I want to say Thank-you to all of you who sent me your links. I really enjoyed reading your sites (many of them I have never seen before and I will visit again.)
