We took the paper rolls and filled them up with soil (I got this idea from another web site. I also wrote the name of what we put in them and what kind of light that it needed.) We also took old cereal boxes and cut them in half and then placed the soon to be plants in them.

Bri wanted to plant flowers. So, she planted Snapdragon's, Morning glory's, and Bachelor buttons.

I wanted to grow Peppers, Mint, and Basil (I have been wanting to do Basil for a while now and after talking with some follow bloggers about it I was motivated to try it tonight.) I also planted some Brandywine tomato's tonight (only one plant this year!)

I was on the road today and there was a lady talking on the radio about making Chili without meat. I thought it souned wonderful but I also like meat.

So, tonight I thought I would make some Chili but a little different then I normally make it.

I have no clue what to call it so how about "Chili with a little extra."

I used 1.5 lbs. of Meat (yes, I love meat..Sorry.. You could use something else to replace it if you want.)
2 cans of Tomato Sauce
2 cans of Kidney beans (one light and one Red)
1 can of water
Some Wahoo Chili (I like the Tasteful Simple brand)
Some Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic mix.
One onion
A bag of Fritos
Some Marble Cheddar Cheese
Sour Cream

Ok, I am not thinking of my figure right now! lol..
So, what I do is cut up my onion and throw that in with my meat to brown up. Drain the grease (I like using lean meat when I can get it.) Then put it in a pot with the two cans of Tomato Sauce, 2 cans of Kidney Beans (I use one can of light and one Red but that really doesn't matter much.) Add some water, Wahoo Chili and Mrs. Dash. Let it cook. I let it cook for at least one hour.

Then I break up my Fritos and put them in the bottom of my bowel. Then add some sour cream and then my cheese. Then I topped that with my chili!
